# Licensing

#### **Smart Contracts**

Our protocol and AMM packages are initially released under the BUSL-1.1 license, set to transition to LGPL v3 post-June 1, 2024.

#### **Other Components**

Most other contracts are under LGPL v3, excluding test-related contracts, which are unlicensed.
